Participation request terms & conditions
1. The tournament is open to officially registered clubs and academies, and to male players born in 2012 and 2013.
2. The team representative must be authorised to submit the request and to communicate on behalf of the club or academy, and the information provided must be correct.
3. A player may not be registered with more than one team; loaned or guest players are not permitted.
4. Submitting a request is not a final acceptance or a reservation. The organising committee reviews the request and then sends the team a reply and an official offer.
5. Participation is confirmed once the participation agreement is signed and the non-refundable confirmation deposit of 30% of the package price is paid within 7 days of acceptance. The remaining 70% is due before 30 November 2026. Failure to comply may cancel the acceptance and release the place to another team.
6. The team chooses its hotel package when submitting the request; services and prices are detailed in the official offer sent to the team. Services or meals not listed in the package, and flight tickets, are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.
7. After acceptance, the team must complete the player list and submit the required documents within the set deadlines.
8. The team must comply with the tournament regulations, the organising committee's instructions, discipline and sporting conduct.
